Return of goods of proper quality:

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before delivery, as well as within 2 days after receipt. Return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that their appearance and consumer properties are preserved, as well as the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase.

The buyer does not have the right to refuse goods with individually defined properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by him. In this case, the return of goods of proper quality is impossible.

A low-quality product is a product with defects that make it impossible to meet its functional qualities. The received goods must correspond to the Description presented on the website. Differences in the design of mugs or coffee from the Description on the website are not considered a defect or lack of functionality of the goods.

Types of product defects:
– Damaged or low-quality mugs.
– Coffee that does not correspond to the Description or order.
– Storage problems: coffee spoiled due to poor storage conditions.
– Visible damage to the packaging: cracks, chips on the mugs.
– Errors in the design: incorrect order composition or discrepancy with the description.
– Delivery problems: failure to meet deadlines, spoiled or damaged goods.

The recipient is obliged to check the appearance and integrity of the goods, as well as the completeness of the entire order upon delivery. The acceptance certificate is signed upon receipt.

If you received a product of inadequate quality and this condition was not previously agreed upon with the seller, you have the right to return or exchange it within 2 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Due to the peculiarities of distance selling, exchange of goods is possible only by returning the product of inadequate quality and placing a new order for a similar product.
